Brett was kind. He communicated as needed. He came to pick me up when he couldn't locate the coffee shop for Lift. Unfortunately, when he left a voicemail the follow He communicated as needed. In his message he stated 'all the work that was done on my car.' Well, there was no actual work done in my car. This simply told me he had no idea who he was calling & what the work requested was. Brett did an excellent job on managing this major repair. Eli the service manager also took time to drive the vehicle with me and helped me understand a braking issue on my Outback. Brendan and Eli both list Eli the service manager also took time to drive the vehicle with me and helped me understand a braking issue on my Outback. Brendan and Eli both listened to my frustrations with Subaru's factory extended warranty folks delay in approving the transmission repair and the extended rental car coverage. Everyone from parts, rental, service and management went above and beyond on this major repair order. Five stars plus. More
