They performed an unauthorized service and left the interior full of greasy hand prints! After the vehicle was originally brought in for two(2) recall repairs, I authorized an oil change and a new batt interior full of greasy hand prints! After the vehicle was originally brought in for two(2) recall repairs, I authorized an oil change and a new battery purchase to fix a power steering issue. My total bill out of pocket was over $1,061.00! And the interior was absolutely filthy!!! One of their porters tried to clean up the dirty interior, but told me it would be an extra charge to have the interior detailed. That's a bunch of BS!!! Considering this dealership caused the problem! I'm seriously considering hiring an attorney!!! More

I am really happy with my experience buying a new Subaru at Groove. Moses and the team were thoughtful and made me feel comfortable. Cindi was so helpful with getting my car scheduled for service. I was overwhelmed by the process and she made everything easy and quick! And she was so friendly!
