I’ve had my car in for repair numerous times because they didn’t fix it right the first time. Customer facing service is great but the workmanship not so much. Everyone is very friendly, but appointments literally don’t matter. I drop my car off first thing every time and it always takes at least 5 or six hours to get back for something as simple as an oil chan don’t matter.
