We had recently purchased a Volkswagen in Orlando. We were visiting Clearwater Beach for our daughters wedding and our air-conditioning was not working. We found Lokey Volkswagen and Brian offered to put some Freon into our air-conditioning and give us a loaner car for the day so that we would not miss the wedding. Geneva in Sales literally took care of everything for me from her first phone call until she waved me goodbye as I drove off the lot in my new car. She listened to what I needed and delivered!! Geneva went above and beyond, made me feel like VIP, explained everything along the way, and even helped me learn and program my new vehicle. Caleb the General Sales Manager and Ken in Finance took great care of me too, made everything stress free, got me a better apr than I was expecting, and gave me more for my trade in than I asked for!!
