Brought my car for an engine light problem. A few days later I had to go back for multiple lights turning on my car related to abs sensor. The service scheduling system was apparently designed by Bob the Builder and his best friend SpongeBob Square Pants. It certainly was not put together with any rational thought. I had a 10.30am appointment and I foolishly believed that my vehicle would be looked at within a 1 hour time frame. Not so. My vehicle went in the shop at 1p.m and came out at 2pm completed. I appreciate there must be some flexibility but three and a half hours for a one hour job is unacceptable. The Service department know in advance what their daily job schedule is and every job has an allotted man hour value so it cannot be that hard, unless of course they deliberately overbook in case of cancellations. Having said that I really like Brian as I don't think he has any input in the work schedule. More
