I recently brought my 2019 Jetta GLI S in for a new tire. I initially spoke to Brian and picked up the car from Antonio. This visit, like all my past visits, was an enjoyable experience. Brian and Antonio were courteous, extremely knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely want to make sure that I had a good experience at the dealership. I feel as though Brian, Antonio and most of the other employees I've met don't have to try and do a good job because a good job happens naturally when it's done by good people. My wife and I have been coming to Lokey Volkswagen for a little over 7 years now. Antonio, Brian, Geneva (who sold me the GLI) and the other staff at the dealership i've met are one of the main reasons why I keep coming back to Lokey Volkswagen. More

Outstanding Service Department Over time, I have come to really appreciate the service from this team. Its a long way for me to drive so I expect a lot. Last trip, thought I had a suspension issue and it was a bolt. They found and fixed it! when one service member isn't there, the other covers and is very helpful! I only gave a 4 in price below because we all know about VW parts costs! More

Not Notified Services Had Been Completed (1) I dropped my auto off at the dealership for a 1 pm service appointment. Brian Belviso, Service Advisor stated he would call me once the service ha (1) I dropped my auto off at the dealership for a 1 pm service appointment. Brian Belviso, Service Advisor stated he would call me once the service had been completed. I called the dealership at 4:30 pm and asked how much longer and I was told the service had been completed. (2) When I arrived to pick up my car I noticed the courtesy wash has not been performed. Brain stated he would have it washed. After waiting in the waiting room for over an hour I asked another service advisor how much longer (Brain's shift had ended). He checked Brian's box and there was my key. My car had been washed and parked out front for sometime. Very disappointed with the lack of notification (twice in one day). More
