Benford was energetic, friendly, helpful with our babies, gave us insight into the warranty program and helped get us into a vehicle that met 95% of our wants/needs. Both of the Brian’s are amazing!! Bitzer is beyond knowledgeable and we so appreciate his kind demeanor and his patience. No pressure sales, it was like they were our long time friends. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and always seemed to be happy. This is my third vehicle from Royal Automotive and I wish our last purchase was through you instead of O’Rielly Chevrolet. I'd also like to add that after I got home with my truck, I noticed that my truck's rear passenger door was missing a grommet. I came in to Royal this past weekend specifically for a GMC Sierra, something i had my eye for some time.
