Having an excellent service department is a must for all car owners. Having said that, Honda of the Avenues excels in this regard. The latest service was very quick and the service rep (Brain) was professional and reviewed all details. Great guy! I bought my Honda Accord for 32K car in 2023 - However, I have been VERY dissatisfie (Brain) was professional and reviewed all details. Great guy! I bought my Honda Accord for 32K car in 2023 - However, I have been VERY dissatisfied with the sales dept (Darius) on his follow through related to a second key. He stated he would have to pay for a second key out of his own pocket as management would not pay for a second key. I am very concerned with the level of sales professionalism and customer service.
