Yesterday afternoon, Brian Breece treated my elderly in-laws with dignity and respect as if they were buying the most expensive vehicle Lexus sells. He had the 2017 Buick Lacrosse detailed and sitting out front with a huge red bow on top, and a welcoming sign with our names. Brian exceeded our expectations for professionalism and courtesy, ensuring that we were comfortable while my father-in-law and he test drove the car. He was able to successfully negotiate the proposed purchase price they presented, and walked them through the entirety of the process, with continual concern for their comfort and understanding. I have purchased cars and trucks for over 40 years, to include owning Lexus, Audi, Mercedes, Acura, BMW, and Cadillac makes. Brian is the most sincere and genuinely caring salesperson with whom I have interacted. He treated my in-laws like royalty, irrespective of the car they were buying. Jim Hudson Lexus is fortunate to have a person of Brian’s caliber as an employee. Additionally, the dealership was first class, from the state of art facility, the cleanliness of restrooms, the lounge area with tv, and the complimentary drinks and snacks.
