During that two months, we got emails telling us an approximate date our car would be ready for pick-up and the date they gave us was the exact date the car came in. When we picked up the car, Brian Cox was the one who showed us how all the cool features worked and he couldn't have been more patient with our questions! Other people who worked there came up to us and introduced themselves to us and shook our hands. They could not have been more professional or helpful! I'm glad we chose to buy our new car from McLaughlin instead of some of the Chicagoland dealers we had also visited. More

Very Pleased with Our Experience When time approached for replacing my Toyota Venza, I first looked at the Volvo XC60. I liked the features of the car and have been impressed with th When time approached for replacing my Toyota Venza, I first looked at the Volvo XC60. I liked the features of the car and have been impressed with the overall record of Volvo. However, I got distracted by the new Jaguar F-Pace and Cadillac XT5. I test drove both vehicles but decided to come back to the XC60. Greg Moroni was very helpful in this regard. He took the time to assist us with all of our questions and arranged for the test drive. He did not pressure us, but helped us in finding the right car (although it was not the car he first picked out for the test drive). Also, Brian Cox took considerable time to train us on the special features of the XC60. Both were very helpful, patient, and understanding in our desire to get the best car for our money. Even though I plan on moving soon, I have high regards for these sales professionals and will contact them again when the next vehicle replacement period arrives. More
