Great Customer Service! We drove over an hour to come to McLaughlin's, rather than look locally. My wife and I were interested in a used Subaru that we heard was available. K We drove over an hour to come to McLaughlin's, rather than look locally. My wife and I were interested in a used Subaru that we heard was available. Kim sent us a video of the car immediately. We asked her to hold the car for us until the next day because we were Very interested. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Brian Cox. We discussed the vehicle, drove it and purchased it! There were a few minor things that needed addressed and every detail was taken care of. When we received the car, it was immaculate! Throughout the entire process, each individual we encountered, Robert in finance and Josh Young, the new car manager, were both efficient, polite and professional. We toured the service department as well, and there is no doubt that We will drive to McLaughlin's for all of our service needs. The team of people at McLaughlin's far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely tell others about our car buying experience! More

McLaughlin made car buying easy I was honestly quite nervous about the car buying process. It has been years since I've purchased a car. My boyfriend recently purchased a car from another dealership in the Quad Cities, and the experience wasn't great. But, Brian Cox and everyone at McLaughlin made the experience much easier than I'd expected. The service was great, they were easy to negotiate with, and all staff were friendly and helpful (and not pushy). I'll be recommending McLaughlin (and Brian!) for sure. More

My husband convinced me to purchase the 2018 Legacy with the latest safety fea This is our 5th Subaru purchase (Forester, 2 Outbacks and 2 Legacy's). My husband convinced me to purchase the 2018 Legacy with the latest safety features. I loved the 2015 and didn't think it was possible to like this one better, but I do. The suspension system is different so it rides even better and the cabin is quieter. We have returned due to the quality of the vehicles, quality of the service and employees. Our go-to salesman, Brian Cox, is easy and comfortable to talk with, provides a very complete introduction to the vehicle of our interest with no pressure. Everyone we have been in contact with at McLaughlin has been helpful and efficient. Robert Coronado processed the paperwork very quickly and is also a pleasure to deal with. I like the Reading Room vs the waiting room with the television and consider that a real plus when I go for service. More

Best experience I've ever had buying a new car. I am a very hard person to sell a car to. I don't like the whole process. HOWEVER, buying our Subaru from Brian was awesome. Awesome!!! I stopped in on a whim. Brian was able to help me right away with the test drive of the 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. I was totally impressed with the car a I stopped in on a whim. Brian was able to help me right away with the test drive of the 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. I was totally impressed with the car and had my mind set on getting it. Took my husband back for his opinion the next day but Brian was off (we had a morning appointment that got cancelled so just stopped by without calling ahead). Kim was able to find a car with the different options that I decided on. We drove it and loved it. A couple of hours later, I called Kim back and she squeezed us in for the purchase. More

Did it again! I went to the dealership with my list of questions for Brian Cox. None of which were problems with my 2014 Forester. It's a great vehicle. There was a 2017 Forester with driver assist technology at dealership. Although I had no intenton of purchasing a new car, I did. There was no pressure from Brian, the vehicle sold itself! I have no reservation referring anyone to this dealership. The entire staff are extremely helpful. More
