My Experience at Heiser Chevrolet by Barb Carney I had an outstanding experience at Heiser Chevrolet. I walked in and Greg Koss greeted me and wanted to know if he could help me. He checked the computer and he said Red or Black. I replied Red and he got the keys and we took a test drive. We discussed money and trade in value. He respected my decission to sleep on everything and I made an appointment for Friday afternoon. I got a call from Brian Crandall reminding me of my appointment. Above & Beyond My intial interaction with this dealer wasn't positive, but once I drew the situation to the attention of the "General Manager" (Brian Crandall) the My intial interaction with this dealer wasn't positive, but once I drew the situation to the attention of the "General Manager" (Brian Crandall) the entire experience did a 180! Customer service was far beyond the "second mile" once Brian got involved. He asked Jason to take us through the car "delivery" and made sure we had everything we needed moving through the finance stage. Because of Brian, I would definitely recommend Heiser Chevrolet.
