I went to Herb Chambers Honda to have a $29.00 light bulb replaced. While waiting I stopped by to say hello to Brian Delsesto, my former salesperson, and he asked if I'd be interested in listening to an of replaced. IWho ever thought a dealership could rate a 5....or was it the salesperson maybe?????? I saw my Honda online....met brian by accident as the 1st person was too busy...and asked Brian to handle me....tha it the salesperson maybe?????? He was only with them for about a month...knew everything there was to know about my car....and then some. My next car...if Brian is at Herb Chambers...I will visit....somewhere else....I will visit him first....THEN back to herb Chambers. The dealership was fine....they even have a money back guarantee...the combination of them and Brian....what can I say. It was truly that pleasant a transaction. Make sure he is wearing his baseball hat. More
