My parents have previously bought two Hondas from this same dealership and that is why we returned. This was our third time going to Brian in search of a brand new Honda civic because he is honest, polite same dealership and that is why we returned. This was our third time going to Brian in search of a brand new Honda civic because he is honest, polite, professional, and cares about us getting what we want. Not only did he do his best to get me a car that I could afford, he has called me to make sure that I like my new car. That makes me see that he does not just care about selling me any car, but to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase even once I have left the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership and this employee to anyone looking to buy a Honda. I am very happy with my new car and hope to have Brian sell my next car, hopefully a little ways down the road. More

We've bought all our Honda's from Herb Chambers and their service has always been excellent. This was our first visit to the Seekonk location and it was just as grand as our purchases in Boston. and their service has always been excellent. This was our first visit to the Seekonk location and it was just as grand as our purchases in Boston. Brain Delsesto couldn't have been more helpful and courteous during the process. He listens attentively, processes what you say, then helps you with your issue. If he is not sure, he will not take a guess like a lot of egotistical salesfolk do, but instead will seek advice and answers from his peers who might have a different "take" or better idea. He doesn't wear his baseball cap backwards and that gives him points right there, but I digress. We're quite happy with our 2011 Honda CRV and got what Brian called a "stupid" price on it (I guess "stupid" is the modern word for "tremendous" or "ridiculous"). In conclusion (long review, this), Herb has it over Boch. If you wander down to Seekonk, stop in and see Brian Delsesto. He won't "steer" you wrong (heh, heh...ahem). And have some ice cream. More

Brian DelSesto, was our sales consultant and he was terrific to deal with. From his initial welcome to the dealership, during the test drive, through the entire purchase process, and ultimately when taking delivery just a couple of days later, he was a consummate professional every step of the way and made the entire process easy and painless. Emilio Navarro, our Business Manager, was great to work with as well and thoroughly answered all of my questions as far as the business side of the transaction was concerned. As far as the vehicle itself, what can I say - I LOVE this car - in fact, I make up excuses now just so I can take it out on errands! The car is in pristine condition, I got a great deal and I couldn't be more pleased with my investment. I will definitely return to Herb Chambers and to Brian DelSesto again when it's time for our next vehicle. More

Everyone drives a Honda, dad, mom, sister, etc. With the help of my father and my family's car dealer, Brian DelSesto, I was able to find quiet literally the perfect car for me. During my personal experience, Brian devoted all of his time to me and my dad and made sure that we were both taken care of and satisfied with the purchase. Being a 21 year old college student (and a picky female) I was able to find the car that suited me within literally a matter of minutes. The process of finding the car I wanted, having it registered and inspected was such an easy and efficient process. Brian even went down the road with me to the Nissan dealer to have the car inspected (because I needed to have the car inspected in Rhode Island). Additionally, the used car had a little bit of paint from the road that somehow got on the bottom of the car from the previous owner, and Brian put me in contact with a guy who was able to buff that out at no charge. Overall, My family and I have had the best car buying experiences at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk with having Brian DelSesto as our go-to-guy. More

I had been searching for a new car for months and was unable to find one I liked in my price range. When I saw the certified 2010 Honda Accord EX-L V-6 on the lot, I couldn't believe the price. $4000 bel unable to find one I liked in my price range. When I saw the certified 2010 Honda Accord EX-L V-6 on the lot, I couldn't believe the price. $4000 below blue book and every option I had wanted!!. I was at Herb Chambers of Seekonk in the first place because my mother, God Bless Her, had a stroke a year and a half ago and can't drive a standard anymore. We bought her a brand new Honda Civic that she loves, from Brian DelSeseto. He took such good care of us that when I took my mother's car in for an oil change and he wasn't due in for another 2 hours, I chose to leave and come back, so that I could deal with Brian. I bought that Accord from Brian DelSesto, he is the best salesman ever. I LOVE MY CAR!! More
