Horrible experience and I GREATLY regret doing business with this company. I am forced to take this time to review and warn others to be aware. I have called and emailed Brian Doney multiple times and do with this company. I am forced to take this time to review and warn others to be aware. I have called and emailed Brian Doney multiple times and do not even get a response back??? Great after sales experience shows they do not care at all! I would have kept my opinion to myself had I gotten an e-mail returned to my multiple sent or a simple phone call THANKS for not responding to me! I can explain all the short comings lying and pressure tactics used by Acton Toyota. However they will respond with belittling my opinions and feelings about this dealership and their sales department. If I am just another disgruntle Customer it based on Acton Toyota’s conduct of business. In a fierce competitive Toyota market I STRONGLY advise find another Toyota dealership to purchase through you will be lucky you did. I would hope this gets a response and am looking forward to it.
