We got you , Tim . The interior on 2018 Camery XSE V6 . A $38,000.00 + vehicle . Was coming apart at the seams . No , really the stitching; In my brand new Cockpit red The interior on 2018 Camery XSE V6 . A $38,000.00 + vehicle . Was coming apart at the seams . No , really the stitching; In my brand new Cockpit red interior was coming undone. Also there was another issue with the sound of the stereo. ( there's a lot of rattling ) due to the on board child carseat anchors . Toyota was thoughtful in the offering of them . But , the covers on them greatly reduce the sound quality when you turn up your favorite music. When it comes on .also , as it were when all the excitement was over attributed to the end of sale paperwork to be completed. The service department & the rest of the dealers were gone . I received a VERY MINIMAL PDI detail and my front plate assembly was not attached . The ( front and rear are required in OH.) So for two months I've been driving this car with these issues. To the point now ..timing will allow me to seek remedy june 22 . So i call Byers . they say , what's the problem ? I unload the ton of issues .i'm having with this vehicle. ( these are just to set the mark ) anyway , Tara the absolutely greatest associate ever listens to every single word before she would eventually respond with " WE definitely don't want you to be this disappointed or dissatisfied after such an costly investment. So ,you just bring it to ME . ...i'll make sure everything is taken care of to your complete satisfaction. " Don't you worry......." WE GOT YOU ,TIM " More

They listen to what you have to say and are very responsive to any questions or concerns that you have with respect to the vehicle you are interested in or answering questions about its features & functions. They are attentive to the purchaser's interest in everything related to the vehicle including its comfort, handling, safety, convenience, reliability, entertainment, maintenance, service, cost, and whatever else is important to the owner. My experience with this dealership was nothing short of superb. From my initial phone call with their Sales Manager Bryan Dooley until I happily drove away from this dealership in my new Tundra I had a teriffic day. It only took a few hours from my initial phone call with Mr. Dooley until the purchase was completed and I live about 65 miles away. After meeting with Mr. Dooley, he introduced me to Jon Hopper who took it from there. He showed me the Tundra that I was interested in and I took it for a test drive. He did a fantastic job of answering all my questions including numerous technical ones. He set up my iPhone and Sirius XM, introduced me to the Service Manager Josh Lewis, as well as other Byers Toyota personnel and answered tons of my questions.
