A great experience at Byers Toyota, Delaware, OH I visited Byers with my friend to check out a used Suburu Forester. Her name is Ember and my friend and I were very impressed with her overall demeanor, etc. She brought the vehicle around to the front and proceeded to explain various aspects of it that addressed my concerns and questions. She, unlike so many auto sales persons, was extremely polite, jovial and patient in working with me. I wound up buying the 2010 Suburu Forester I was interested in and felt they did their best to help me get what I wanted in cost and monthly payments. All personnel were very nice and professional but I would encourage everyone to attempt to work with Ember if they are in the mkt for a new or used vehicle. The facility is very comfortable, clean and hospitable in all regards. More

We got you , Tim . The interior on 2018 Camery XSE V6 . A $38,000.00 + vehicle . Was coming apart at the seams . No , really the stitching; In my brand new Cockpit red The interior on 2018 Camery XSE V6 . A $38,000.00 + vehicle . Was coming apart at the seams . No , really the stitching; In my brand new Cockpit red interior was coming undone. Also there was another issue with the sound of the stereo. ( there's a lot of rattling ) due to the on board child carseat anchors . Toyota was thoughtful in the offering of them . But , the covers on them greatly reduce the sound quality when you turn up your favorite music. When it comes on .also , as it were when all the excitement was over attributed to the end of sale paperwork to be completed. The service department & the rest of the dealers were gone . I received a VERY MINIMAL PDI detail and my front plate assembly was not attached . The ( front and rear are required in OH.) So for two months I've been driving this car with these issues. To the point now ..timing will allow me to seek remedy june 22 . So i call Byers . they say , what's the problem ? I unload the ton of issues .i'm having with this vehicle. ( these are just to set the mark ) anyway , Tara the absolutely greatest associate ever listens to every single word before she would eventually respond with " WE definitely don't want you to be this disappointed or dissatisfied after such an costly investment.
