Accepted my offer and worked a dealer trade for me I recently tried to lease a 2018 Tacoma at the end of July 2018. The vehicle had a somewhat rare color/trim combination but Byers had it in stock. W I recently tried to lease a 2018 Tacoma at the end of July 2018. The vehicle had a somewhat rare color/trim combination but Byers had it in stock. While the dealer was processing my paperwork for the deal, someone else came into the dealership and bought my truck. They apologized and then the next day they found another one that they were able to pull from another Toyota dealership using a dealer trade. I placed a deposit on the 2nd truck in order to hold it and then was able to pick it up a few days later. Byers Toyota is about 2 hours from my home but they were able to sell me the truck I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Brian Dooley works in finance and knows his craft very well. He was very easy to communicate with and clearly understood vehicle leasing. Many dealerships act confused when you try to talk to them about leasing. The typical response from most dealers is "What kind of monthly payment are you looking for?" I hate that question! If you know anything about leasing, the monthly payment works itself out. What I am looking for in a lease is the biggest possible dealer discount on the sales price and making sure that they give me the best interest rates with a FICO score above 800. Taylor Young is part of the sales team and he was helpful and was always very quick to respond to my calls, voicemails, text messages and email messages. More

Her name is Ember and my friend and I were very impressed with her overall demeanor, etc. She brought the vehicle around to the front and proceeded to explain various aspects of it that addressed my concerns and questions. She, unlike so many auto sales persons, was extremely polite, jovial and patient in working with me. I wound up buying the 2010 Suburu Forester I was interested in and felt they did their best to help me get what I wanted in cost and monthly payments. All personnel were very nice and professional but I would encourage everyone to attempt to work with Ember if they are in the mkt for a new or used vehicle. The facility is very comfortable, clean and hospitable in all regards. More
