No help at all There was no fight in this salesman to give me a fair price on my trade or the vehicle I was looking to purchase. My credit score is over 800 and my car's trade value was over $12,000. I was offered $8,500 and the price was not lowered on the vehicle I was interested in. I was so disgusted with the lack of service I quickly left. The next day, a local competitor gave my $11,400 for my trade and now I have a new vehicle. I learned that quick the difference between poor and great customer service. However, Nicollette was so sweet. More

I hate buying cars but they make this painless and effortless. Walter Hoover is awesome, he is straight forward and very honest. He doesn't tell you what you want to hear, instead he tells you what you need to hear. Bobbi is awesome and very knowledgeable about the product. Between the two of them they are definitely a GREAT representation of the dealership. I am forever a Toyota of North Charlotte customer!!!!! More

All of these employees handled themselves in a professional and friendly manner. Only complaint that I have is that they only furnished me with 1 key and 1 1 keyless entry remote. They informed me that the previous owner only turned in 1 key and keyless entry remote, but it is very disappointing that a certified car dealership would only provide a new owner with only 1 key and keyless entry remote when re-selling the vehicle. Every vehicle that I have purchased, new or used, I was always given at least 2 keys to the vehicle. More

Toyota of North Charlotte advertises car prices for cars they do not have in stock, nor do they offer the same discounts as advertised. Trade-in cars are appraised based on their "At Auction" value, but th they do not have in stock, nor do they offer the same discounts as advertised. Trade-in cars are appraised based on their "At Auction" value, but then sold on their used car lot. Sales negotiations are based around monthly payments not total car price, dealer installed options/accessories are not Toyota OEM items (they are Toyota distribution region items), and Internet offered additional "Rewards" are not valid on sale cars. More
