When I was there in person you guys were attentive and handled most of my issues by my God trying to get ahold of someone on the phone is like calling into a radio station to be luckier caller 6000!!! I literally had two phones on the hook trying to get an update on my car or to make an adjustment to service.... They looked into issues but once their was evidence of a manufacturing defect they took no initiative to check for further damage in other areas of the car. If I had not called to make those requests nothing further would of been done. Honestly I take my car to you guys because I trust your service, but I expected more from you guys.... More
