I purchased a vehicle a couple of years ago from this dealership and the transaction was made perfectly. The Porche I purchased a few weeks ago had a faulty speaker and it was agreed before finalizing th dealership and the transaction was made perfectly. The Porche I purchased a few weeks ago had a faulty speaker and it was agreed before finalizing the sale that this would be replaced. The plan was that prior to me collecting the vehicle, it would be taken to a specialist audio shop the following day. I was informed that a speaker was on order and that I could take the vehicle and they would call me when they had the speaker. After a couple of weeks I called Brian and he said he would get back to me. I never received a call back so I called back and actually spoke with a manager. The manager assured me that he would look into this and get back to me. The following day I received a text from Brian ( no sir name provided). Brian has been communicating well but informed me that the speaker was never ordered!! He said that I needed to bring the car in so he could look at the speaker and order the correct part. I arrived at the dealership at the time agreed but Michael could not be there but he had informed other managers that I would be there. No one was there when I arrived! This sage continues!!! No resolution!!! There is much more- the car was not detailed and virtually no gas! More
