This time around, our Sales Rep Brian Goon did a fantastic job answering all of our questions and certainly helped make our decision to buy the 2017 Forester an easy decision. Brian has continued to be a great resource in the transition l, reach out to make sure I am happy with Forester and answer any questions I may have. Great experience I had a great experience. I visited the store on two separate occasions and both sales guys I met were courteous. They were straight forward and didn I had a great experience. They were straight forward and didn't show any "I'm your buddy" or any passive aggressive salesmanship I experienced at their competitor, Ramsey Subaru. When I finally sat down their first offer was inline with my research on TrueCar and in my opinion very fair. On my lease they offered transparency in numbers so I had a refreshing experience and I think shoppers that are prepared and understand how money factor and residual value will affect their monthly payment will have a similar experience. On delivery day my sales guy was helpful in explaining my car's features and most important of all, my car was delivered waxed and washed without any small issues. These guys know what they are doing and treat people well. More

Worry Free. I walked in and was met by Brian Goon. I told him what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. He then took me out to see three vehicle I walked in and was met by Brian Goon. I told him what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. He then took me out to see three vehicles of my choice. Once I chose the vehicle it was all smooth sailing from there. He saw to all my paperwork being in order right down to my license plates put on the car. Can't say enough good and how happy and pleasant of an experience it was. More
