Stan McNabb of Columbia is by far the best dealership I have ever experienced. From the beginning with Christina & Matt, to my salesman Andrew True - I felt as though he spoke to me with knowledge, he was have ever experienced. Both Andrew & in finance Chris Johnson were helpful with what would work best for me. I never felt pressured at all. Typically I avoid dealerships because they are pushy, arrogant, call and email nonstop. My experience with Stan McNabb and his employees was the complete opposite. This facility has the family owned feel once you walk through the door. I highly recommend this dealership when looking for a vehicle! More

I wish I could have given you a 0. I went in there doing a pre approval through GM. Don’t know if I was approved or not. After test drive I said ok and then went home cause it was late in the day, assumed e a pre approval through GM. Don’t know if I was approved or not. After test drive I said ok and then went home cause it was late in the day, assumed everything was going to be good with the finance. Well long story short I was not approved through GM. So without my written or verbal permission they shopped me through at least 5 financial lenders hitting me with hard inquiries and lowering my fair credit score even lower. When I asked them about it and told them I didn’t give permission to shop me I was told I gave verbal permission to do it. Needless to say I didn’t get approved and only have a lower fica score. I have already disputed all the hits on my credit but it will take a few months to get my score back up. I am almost deaf and they knew this I got a voicemail from the salesperson to call back at my convenience. I text her back and said to text me or leave a voicemail and I will respond. 5 hours later my wife called her and she was told I didn’t get financed. Mind you I was the only person trying to get the loan not my wife. To this day I still don’t know why I didn’t get approved. I will not mention any names but I will also not be buying anything from them. More

My interaction with this dealership started online and the sales manager called me back very quickly. I told him the approximate time I was planning to be there the next day and he had a salesperson (Laur the sales manager called me back very quickly. I told him the approximate time I was planning to be there the next day and he had a salesperson (Laura) waiting for us with the vehicle I had asked about. My interaction with everyone at the dealership was positive and they seemed to go out of their way to help us find the right vehicle. They even had great music playing in the showroom that had my wife and I singing along! Buying a car is a stressful time for us and this great group of people really showed what good customer was all about.
