Mckinley, we again apologize that diagnosing your 2017 CRV with 151k miles was not quite as straight forward as you would have hoped, however I can assure you our master Honda tech was not guessing. Each issue that was repaired was repaired due to your vehicle giving an error code. We do what we can to help our customers and feel that we offered much more than another dealership would have in this situation. We were not required to give a choice of a full refund; but did so as a courtesy. Again, we do apologize things didn't go as we all would have hoped and that you didn't feel you received an apology. When Brian spoke to your family he felt it was clear he was sorry. Our goal is always to repair a customer's vehicle, and in this case we believe we would have been able to do that, but only if you agreed for us to do the work the vehicle is requiring to be done; in this case it was cleaning up the engine that was not maintained with proper maintenance. We ultimately hope the best for you and hope things can get resolved so you have a safe vehicle to drive.
