Our experience with Steve Wergin, our sales person, and other members of the Gateway staff, was superb. Without a lot of hassle, we got a good price for the new Outback -- including a reasonable trade-in value for the Forester. Steve was very patient and thorough in answering our questions and in explaining and demonstrating the many new features available in the model we purchased. Wendy Schiavone and Steve Wergin were the two employees that worked with us in our previous purchase. This time, we were very interested in a Honda CRV that they had posted on their website, and Steve Wergin immediately contacted us concerning our inquiry and went out of his way to help us with negotiating the purchase of the car. I had my heart set on purchasing a Honda CRV, but unfortunately, we were too late and the car was sold on the very day that we had decided to make the purchase. However, we went out to the dealership again as they had another Honda CRV that they had just put up on their website and when I saw it, I knew it was exactly what I wanted. Zach Nagler was the sales person, and Brian Kang worked with us in negotiating a price that we could afford. They have a truly wonderful staff that go out of their way to accommodate you without putting a lot of pressure on you. We highly recommend Gateway Subaru. More
