Renee Ennis, you are such a caring and amazing individual who went well and beyond your duty. The patience and time that you took to explain each step of the buying process to both myself and my husband like nothing we had experienced in purchasing any other car buying process. Kris introduced me to Kyle Hutchins and Brian Kang, both easy to talk with and very professional. Kyle handled the final sale and vehicle deliveries. Kyle had marked significant pages and sections of the owners manual for both cars- a great way for us to get familliar with the new car features. Kevin Miller, Renee Ennis and Wendy Schiavone were just exceptional, there's no other way to say it. They reviewed everything with us and patiently answered every question we had (and there were many) until we were fully prepared to make a decision. The dealership has gone out of its way to make this a wonderful experience. This is very unlike some experiences we've had at other dealerships here on the Delmarva while we were looking to replace our car that has been totaled. I highly recommend Gateway Subaru. More

Buying in a hurry Our 2011 Outback was totaled in an accident. We wanted to replace our 2011 with a new 2016 3.6 Outback with all the new safety features. We live in central NJ and soon found out that a 3.6 is hard to find. Buying a car in a hurry is very stressful! We missed out on a car at a dealership closer to us, but through exhaustive Internet search, we found a match at Gateway, which is 3.5 hours from our home. Jim Stein, our sales rep, plus the Gateway's management team (Brian and Renee) honored the quote from the other dealership and expedited the purchase via phone and email. They were very efficient and very pleasant to work with. We are extremely satisfied with our experience. If we lived closer, there is no doubt we would service our car there. Who knows? We might get rid of our Audi and come back to Gateway in the future! More

Highly Recommend Dealership I never liked the process of shopping for and buying a new car. Gateway Subaru has changed that. From the time I walked into the dealership, it was an easy and pleasant experience. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I normally don't take my car back to the dealer for service. However, if the Gateway service department is as great as the sales staff, I will continue to go there for service. I will definitely recommend Gateway to anyone shopping for a new car. More
