Went in for heated/cooled seat recall/retrofit a few months back. First they had the wrong parts; understandable, went back two months later to get the correct parts installed, left my truck all day whi months back. At the completion of the job I inspected the installation, nothing worked as they had not even touched the truck, the blank buttons were still there from the factory. I let that go as the gave me a free oil change. This brings me to the most recent service; oil change, tire rotation and heated steering wheel recall, first was a broken connector that required me to leave my vehicle for an extra day, then when I get my truck home I realize that the oil was never changed. I am done with this dealership and the unprofessional customer service. Time is money and Marty’s gmc has wasted way too much of mine to get my business. More
