They treated me with respect and went on a test ride and we found out the problem this is Kia on the west side of Cleveland Ohio . Now Kia on the Bedford auto mile did not test drive the vehicle causing us we found out the problem this is Kia on the west side of Cleveland Ohio . Now Kia on the Bedford auto mile did not test drive the vehicle causing us to come back there 2 times but when we went to the Kia Deallership on the west side on brookpark they found out the problem and was tremendously on point More

I brought my car in for service, was told nothing was wrong with my wheel alignment. Then, came back 2 months later and insisted on having the car placed on machine. They Seen there was an issue and cor wrong with my wheel alignment. Then, came back 2 months later and insisted on having the car placed on machine. They Seen there was an issue and corrected, but never suggested that the now bad tire should be either rotated on replaced. Kia responsible for negligence. Tried leaving message, received no call back. More
