Always have the best service, never a problem, and, buying my new 2022 Malibu RS today, 7/23/22, was probably one of the easiest transactions that I've ever made...., in at 8:15am, out by 11:45am with buying my new 2022 Malibu RS today, 7/23/22, was probably one of the easiest transactions that I've ever made...., in at 8:15am, out by 11:45am with a brand new car, signed, sealed and delivered...., the best.. !!!!! Honestly was the best experience I’ve ever had with buying a car. Went to another dealership just the day before and it was just overwhelming and felt pressured and just completely stressed. Angela was nice, fun and really helpful I definitely didn’t feel pressured or stressed. Excellent service. Service Manger Brian and Service Expert Hailey helped me this morning to solve a fairly unique problem on my 2021 Tahoe. I called this morning was in Service Manger Brian and Service Expert Hailey helped me this morning to solve a fairly unique problem on my 2021 Tahoe. I called this morning was in less than an hour later and the problem fixed in less than an hour. I am very appreciative of their rapid response and solution. My 2021 vette needed a part. They said they ordered it and 2 months went by. Numerous calls to them were not returned I finally went to the dealership and they started checking They said they ordered it and 2 months went by. Numerous calls to them were not returned I finally went to the dealership and they started checking why it hadn't come in. They found out it was an instock item and never was ordered 3 visits to them for a minor fix. They kept the car 2 days twice. Their shuttle service sucks. Waited 2 hrs for a ride. More

Angela worked with us trying to buy this new car. Most of the day.. We had to know if it was dingy towable (flat towable). She contacted everyone she knew to make sure it was. Then we had to spend 2 hours getting my bank to finance it. Another 1.5 hours doing paperwork with manager. It worked out though he got our interest rate lowered. Happy about that. I made the mistake of buying a car from Ferman. It has proven to be very dangerous to driver and passengers. Ferman would not fix it when it was under warranty and I have spend thousands of dollars and y proven to be very dangerous to driver and passengers. Ferman would not fix it when it was under warranty and I have spend thousands of dollars and years trying to make it reliable transportation. I am at my wits end with the defective vehicle that I begged Ferman to repair. I am filing complaints from Tampa to Detroit. Beware of the lies, the put offs and being patted on the head and treated like an imbecile. More
