Salesman was nice, unfortunately the rest of my experience to date has been dismal. The service department is totally unhelpful. Merrick, and the service manager Brian have been equally as unhelpfu experience to date has been dismal. The service department is totally unhelpful. So I purchased a brand new truck from these guys in August, and the brakes have been squeaking since the day I drove it off the lot. I also purchased a $4000 extended warranty, so I brought my truck into the service department wondering why the brakes are squeaking so bad. They said that they cleared some debris, and that I have the correct kind of breaks and that the squeaking should stop. Well it has gotten worse so I brought it in again, once again I was told my brakes are fine and that they can’t help me.So I decided I want to sell back my extended warranty because clearly at this point I can see that it will be useless in the future, but they talked me out of it and promised today I would receive a call from Chevrolet about replacing my brakes and rotors. I have not received a call, and I am very unhappy with my experience. If you can find a vehicle you’re looking for somewhere else, buy it there. And definitely don’t waste your time or money trusting these people to service any of your vehicles. More

Hello its me again. Well the saga continues Chapter 3. 4 months and 1 week know since this car has been in there svc. dept. for a transmission issue which is under warranty .What is funny they wont return months and 1 week know since this car has been in there svc. dept. for a transmission issue which is under warranty .What is funny they wont return a phone call but the minute you post a review the phone is ringing 8 the next morning. I was told that at this stage Gen. Manager would be alerted of this issue. Wow what a novel idea. That was approx. 10 days ago and of course no phone calls or correspondence as of now. Go somewhere else! Horrible customer service and poor workmanship. Thursday- I brought my car in for an oil change. I had an 11:00 appointment. I waited thinking it wouldn't take long since I had an appointment. 12:30 comes and I go check on it. I was told oil change wasn't finished yet and it had to have a recall fixed as well. I was told Rick was supposed to have come to talk to me about it. He never did. They tried to call him but if course he was at lunch and no one could reach him. I finally get my car back at 1:30. Sunday - My husband says it looks like my car is leaving oil due to what liked like oil in the driveway. Monday - We do my car off at our mechanic thinking they just didn't tighten something. I get a call saying the oil cap was never put back on and there is oil all over the engine. It was not drivable. Ferman had to tow my car from the mechanic back to the dealership. Tuesday- They still have my car and after calling and leaving messages, no one has called us back. If I could give 0 stars I would More

This is a Service Department Review:So my A/C went out This is a Service Department Review: So my A/C went out in my 2018 Silverado. We have gotten all of our service at Ferman since. We have had issues This is a Service Department Review: So my A/C went out in my 2018 Silverado. We have gotten all of our service at Ferman since. We have had issues along the way but quietly worked through them. After today I have to say I just have to review. Brian, the service manager I am convinced doesn’t care to serve customers. Shocking, I know. My A/C went on Monday the 26th. I called the dealership immediately and the earliest they could schedule me was today the 28th. That’s fine, we dealt with the sweltering heat of Florida and we’re patient because we do not expect immediate service. However, the problem exists when you tell me that you (Dealership Service Department) can schedule my repair at 1pm and then I take a half day off from work, because you know, I still have to do that (work). I arrived at 12:45pm for a 1:30pm appointment and spoke with service advisor Manny. Manny told me unfortunately they could not get my vehicle in today but I could leave it and they would get to it when they can get to it but definitely not today. No offer for loaner no offer for anything really. I asked to speak with Brian, who we had trouble reaching in the past with other issues and he wouldn’t even give us the courtesy of coming out to speak with us. As in past experience when our vehicle wasn’t painted correctly after an accident, he never returned calls or emails and we had to show up one day and just work through multiple employees to get his attention. So here we are, in Florida, in July barreling into August with no A/C and the best they can go is another week. We are both seniors and the heat is unbearable for us. Not to mention the vacation time I lost by burning a half day for this appointment and will need to take an entire day off next week to get it repaired. We are well under warranty as well as purchased an extended warranty. We will be using a different dealer moving forward as we have HAD IT WITH BRIAN THE NO SHOW! More

YOU REALLY SHOULD CONSIDER GOING ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE! My Ferman experience wasn’t what I’d expect from a Dealership! I was in town for a business and had a concern with my transmission on my Chevy Silver My Ferman experience wasn’t what I’d expect from a Dealership! I was in town for a business and had a concern with my transmission on my Chevy Silverado. They had an appointment for 2:00 pm on Wednesday so I dropped my truck off Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning @ 8:00am, I received a tx from a Service advisor Michael who said he’d stay in touch with me. I didn’t hear anything all day and send him a message @ 4:00pm requesting an update! I figured they had it all day and just as they’re about to leave for the day, I ask when it will be finished. His reply was we looked at it early and they had to keep it another day! This information would have been helpful earlier in the day so I can secure further transportation!!!! A loaner wasn’t even offered! Thank god I reached out to the dealership because they had may have never got back with me! Day 2 10:00am Thursday, I don’t hear anything from the dealership so I send Michael a message asking for an update. Around 11:00am I finally received a reply saying he needed to get with the technician. REALLY? They’ve had my truck over 12 working hours and they need to get with the technician? Thinking I’d get a call shortly, I wait all day for an update! Once again @ 3:45 I have to ask for a update! So an hour later @ 4:45pm I finally hear a response saying he got backed up? No other response other then that!!!!!!!!!! ISN’T THIS WHY APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE AND IF YOUR BACKED UP YOU DON’T ACCEPT NEW ONES! I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL OR TX THE REST OF THE DAY!!!!!! So apparently they decided to keep my truck for another day without contacting me!!!!!!!!!! I call the dealership to speak with someone in Service. My transferred goes right to voicemail!!!! I left a message asking for someone to contact me asap. I never heard anything back! I called the dealership to request speaking to someone in service and they said Service has went home for the day! Once again, I have no transportation and don’t even receiving a simple call saying they were holding my truck just shows the incompetence of this dealership!!!!!! Day 3 2:00pm Friday, Now I’m p!ssed !!!!!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALLS FROM THE DEALERSHIP! I attempted to call and speak to the Service advisor! The transferred call goes right to voicemail!!!!!!! xxx I hang up and call back to speak to the Service manager and that goes to voicemail! Another call is placed for the General Manager and that goes to voicemail!!!! OMG I’m in town for business and I can’t believe this dealership doesn’t care about it’s customers and even simple communication!!!!!!! I call the dealership back for the 4th time and finally got to speak with someone named Mike in Service!!!!!! Actually this person had to be tracked down just to answer the phone! So I proceeded to inquire about my truck that they’ve had for 3 full days! The only response I got was we’re busy and might need to look at it!!!!!!! HOLY CRAP ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said I need to leave town today and need my truck back asap! They had it all that time to only say we might need to look at it! Im going to mail them a xxxx picture just as a reminder since they liked “Looking @ it” I really hope the Management sees this review because this is a total disgrace!!!!!!!!! Hopefully someone losses their job for this incompetence! If Chevrolet would ever see this review I’m sure they wouldn’t be happy!!!!!!! Please go elsewhere for service for this dealership because they clearly don’t know how to take care of its customers! If I could give it a zero star I would do that first just to warn everyone! More

Charged me over $800 for a missed diagnosis. The kept my truck in garage for over 6 weeks. The service people never answer or return calls. They ignore texts. Had to call GM Customer Service 3 times!
