Jake my salesperson made this purchase easy for me and was very personable. Adam delivery specialist did an okay job explaining basics to me. Brian, finanace person seemed angry with me. I was annoyed due to an extremely long wait to sign lease deal and I had with me an overnight bag (I had come directly from a friends house) another bag and using my cane. (I'm 73 yrs old) Because of emptying my turn-in car, I had to keep these things with me. Neither one of these people offered to help me carry my things as I schlepped from one person to another. So please in the future for all older customers alone, pay attention to their overall capabilities. I was exhausted upon leaving Mohawk Honda. More

This is the second car I've purchased from Mohawk Honda. The first time was by chance, this time was by choice. I had such a good experience the first time that I didn't want to go anywhere else. In addition to the sales experience, all of the contacts I've had for service have been top notch also. Jake Hewitt was my salesperson and he was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. It was terrific working with him. Rhandy Morales was the person who walked us through the initial setup. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood. He also helped me with the initial set up of such things and paring my phone, etc. I love that Mohawk Honda does this! The man who handled all of the paperwork, finances, etc. was Brian Rae and he too knew his stuff and was very helpful. The process of buying this car couldn't have gone more smoothly. And the best part is...I love my new car! More
