I think it is a buzz kill when picking up your car to have the hard sell of a protective package. You have already agreed on a price prior to picking up your car. The business manager being pretty angry with you .— Like how can you be so stupid and so cheap. This is a not the way you want to feel when picking up your new car. It bummed me out for a few hours. It sucks the wind out of you when someone is mad at you for being stupid and cheap. This should be done prior to picking up your new car. You should feel a little excited with a new car. Not bummed. All employees I encountered were willing to answer any questions I had. They all work together as a team to help the customer. I would recommend, however to all the dealerships to let you know about extr questions I had. They all work together as a team to help the customer.
