Michael Donadio made the whole process so easy- 5 stars to Mike. Michael took me for a test drive and showed me the various options for CRVs. Amanda did a great job. The next person, Mr Rua was a disaster.Told Amanda I wasn't sure about delivery. As was waiting for money from my truck.. My first encounter with Mr Rua was about cd's and rates, I didn't know I was in a bank. My next encounter was I told him 5 time not interested in 8 year fix plan . Then I was shown a bill with $2500 added in that I had not agreed to. Then Mr Rua badgered me about when was I going to pickup truck. I really liked car, but not the way I was treaed, More
