I decided to come here on a whim. Wanted a car but had poor credit I didn't think it was really possible to be approved for a car. Alex Hernandez helped me. Alex was so persistent and reassuring and didn't give up. With the help of Brian in finance, I was approved. Brian and Alex both kept in contact with me, working super hard, and called me to come in to see my new car. After Harrison S walked me through the ins and outs of my new car, I left the lot with a smile on my face. The entire staff from the moment I walked into the door was so kind and respectful. Michael Donadio made the whole process so easy- 5 stars to Mike. Michael took me for a test drive and showed me the various options for CRVs.
