It seemed good at first while we were checking out the car. When we were checking out numbers I asked if they wanted to run my credit first and their response was “we trust you”. When we began signing papers the finance guy didn’t even have the credit situation set up yet , as far as , if it was just me or my wife and I on the loan. I had to ask him again at the end so he could say “yeah I didn’t say it?” When we got into the car after they got gas the rear view mirror was dangling off. They didn’t give us any of the paperwork. I had to print it out at home , which is ridiculous and unprofessional. They only had o e key so they said they would get the other and to go there the next day for it. When I drove 45 minutes up there the next day for it they said it only came with one key and gave me no option to get a second one. Which they could have easily provided. Very unprofessional!!!!! More
