It can always be a challenge for both parties making deals sight unseen but Terri made it happen. On arrival, Terri had the car ready to go and made sure that I understood the vehicles operating system. Brian had all the paperwork ready and was super easy to work with. I appreciated Brian's low pressure attitude which you don't find often in the automotive sales world. Even Peter popped his head in the door and was very friendly. It was the best 4 hour drive home I've had in a long time. More
