Brian Schaeporketter was a great sales person. I trusted him immediately and that is why I went with Lou Fusz. The GM was unprofessional. He was so rude, accusing me of wrting/trying to pass a bad check as mine bounced despite me having 3x the amount to cover it. Ally Bank messed up. He got really aggressive with me on the phone. I think his name is jARED. It was the GM working on that day. Anyway, he yelled at me on 4/29/2023 and ordered me to bring him a check. It was a SAT and I have a virtual bank. I've never been talked to like that. He needs to see a mental health specialist for his anger issues. What a way to treat a customer that just paid $50k for a car. More
