I came in because Valvoline could not remove my oil filter previously performed by Findlay Toyota . I called and asked to speak with service manager, and was called back by Bryan who advised me to brin filter previously performed by Findlay Toyota . I called and asked to speak with service manager, and was called back by Bryan who advised me to bring my truck in and he would take car of me. I came in the same day and Bryan met me out in the service bay. He personally drove my truck back to have the work completed. A short time later he drove it back with the work completed. I didn't pay a dollar and will return to have my truck serviced there. He changed my mind about Findlay Toyota. I will be back as long as there are more personal like your service manager Bryan . More

Had an issue after a routine oil change. Service Manager Brian was phenomenal in addressing the issue. Had tow truck sent to my home to pick up car, oil change & filter, steam cleaned engine Service Manager Brian was phenomenal in addressing the issue. Had tow truck sent to my home to pick up car, oil change & filter, steam cleaned engine, reimbursed our cost for original service, & provided cleanup in the garage for oil spill.
