He had a positive attitude, very helpful, honest, patient and seems to really care about pleasing his customers. The only thing I was not happy with, the car was not really clean. The windows were wiped with a dirty rag leaving a film on all the windows. The excessive tire shine was sprayed over the sides of the car. The trunk was full of leaves and never cleaned out. Brian called the guy out to fix these problems. But you would expect a brand new car to be 100% prepped and ready for delivery.
