Buy When There Is Blood In The Streets (Even If Its Yours) I had a very positive buying experience. Helping was the fact that the day of my purchase was 6/6/20, the first day the full showroom was open from Covid 19. I went in with my trade, title, the extra key and a blank check. Ed was my very capable, knowledgeable and awesome salesperson. He means business and he knew I was ready to rock. I was in at 12:15 and driving home in my new Corolla at about 3:30. Brian gave me a few pointers, such as the option to put $3000 of the purchase price on my Costco credit card (and earn $30) without any dealer kickback fees. Don't be afraid to negotiate: they initially offered me $1200 for my trade but I got $3500 just by asking (I looked up the KBB value beforehand and if I sold it outright, $3500 was their amount.) The bottom line: if you're a haggler, go to the other dealerships first and come here last. But, If you just want to buy a new Toyota without drama or a bunch of xxxxxxxxx, come here first and ask for Ed. More
