The experience started with Don Romanek (sales rep), he was honest, respectful, and very responsive to my calls/texts. He is very knowledgeable with the Toyota products and process. Don took his time explaining everything step by step. Not to mention he got me in and out of dealership in record time (30 mins). Don introduced me to Brian Sweet, who walked around the outside and inside of the vehicle and showed/explained every feature/button on the vehicle and how to operate it. This by far was an amazing experience. Brian was respectful, patient, funny, helpful, and knowledgeable. Brian took his time and was very patient with all my questions. After Brian finished with his presentation, he took me inside and I sat down with Sean Karkoska in finance. Sean was very thorough and patient. He wasn't just trying to get me to sign all the documents and go. He went over each document and explained each. It was a pleasure to walk into Del Toyota and receive this experience. Del is a top notch dealer, I highly recommend them. I almost forgot to mention, I flew across the country to get this truck from Del Toyota. Great dealer, prices, and experience. More
