Another visit they couldn't find the car for a half hour when I went for pick up because of a paper work error. They replaced a radio for me and didn't check to see if all the functions were operational so I had to bring the car back the next business day and I'm not sure if they didn't just put the previously removed radio back in the car. I certainly hope that this experience helps staff to become more proactive in dealing with customers and addressing their concerns. I very much appreciate Bob's help in making every effort available to him to try to make up for the disaster experience I had. He has also reached out to me 2 more times to ensure that I was satisfied. Thank you Bob for your attention and concern. You have been the redeeming factor. I appreciate it. Had an engine stall on a brand new car. Brought in for service and they are the absolute WORST! I will never step foot in this dealership again. I've had 5 Dodge vehicles but after this experience I will not give them another penny. Took 2 and half weeks to repair and I never once received a phone call, not even when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I had to call 9 different times, on hold 15-20 min each time. One person says car not looked at after 3 days, another says it was. Put 60 miles on my car while it was supposed to be sitting waiting on parts for repair. They have no storage so they put my brand new car on any random street that they can find parking so it's unattended. Left a pen mark on my beige leather console. I don't even know when my car was fixed bc they don't seem to realize that the phone works both ways and that the courteous and professional thing to do is keep the customer informed. When I complained, I was accused of taking my personal problems out on them...my personal problem is that you have had my car for days and keeping me completely in the dark! Then I was told that if I didn't like that answer then I could just come and pick the car up...a car where the engine cuts off for no apparent reason, NO THANK YOU! I left a message for the service manager Bob Kennedy on day 5 to which I never received a response. Called Chrysler Corp twice and never received a response. They don't offer loaners so I spent a fortune on a rental and Uber since they had my car throughout the Christmas holiday to New Year's Eve. Dealt with Brian who just passed the buck saying that he didn't receive any messages and is off on Monday, so apparently that makes it ok that for 18 days, he "forgot" my car was there and perhaps I would like to know what was going on. His apology was quite hollow as he promised to keep me informed on day 7 only after I blew up at him, but only gave a single phone call on that day only, and crickets for the remaining 11 days they had the car. And since he wasn't in until 1 pm when they close at 5 apparently justifies the lack of communication to even let me know the car was repaired. Had I not called AGAIN to check the status, I wouldn't have known it was ready and who knows how long it would continue to sit there for no reason. Perhaps it had been ready the day before, I'll never know...completely unreal and unacceptable. There is absolutely no courtesy, professionalism or even the most basic concept of customer service. Thanks Bayside Chrysler...you just lost a loyal customer. East Hills Dodge will get my service contract and the car back at the end of my lease. More

Service reps try to milk money from customers when services! I brought my car in for an oil change and was presented with a bill for replacement of rear leaking shocks. (I didn’t remember that my shocks had been I brought my car in for an oil change and was presented with a bill for replacement of rear leaking shocks. (I didn’t remember that my shocks had been replaced under warranty in March of this year). I was told they were not covered and given an estimate for 634.00! When I called With the receipt in hand and mentioned this, the rep said there was a mistake and that shocks would be replaced at no charge under warranty ! I know it’s the holidays but you shouldn’t be taking advantage of customers! Had I not remembered the shocks were replaced already, they would have charged me unnecessarily! I have purchased 3 Jeeps from this dealership and I’m not happy with how I was treated! More

Delivered on time.. Bayside is not a wayside joint I really like the quality of service here. Although, I’m from Brooklyn the work expertise and no Grundy noise after a simple oil change is completely I really like the quality of service here.
