Same old, same old I’ve had the same experience with the service center multiple times - everyone is nice (when they’re not denying that I told them something) but there I’ve had the same experience with the service center multiple times - everyone is nice (when they’re not denying that I told them something) but there is zero follow through. For example, this time I dropped off at 6:30am and was clear I needed the car by 6 pm. The person who helped me said it should not be a problem. I did not receive a call by 4:30 so reached out only to learn work on my car hadn’t even been started. They then did a “rush” to get me out by 7 pm. Whether the team is overwhelmed or just incompetent it’s unacceptable as this is not the first time this has happened. On top of that, I have had an issue with my vehicle’s radio from day 1 and am experiencing issues with pick up on a 15 month old vehicle. Service and vehicle a lemon thus far and see no one coming forward to help me or establish my faith in this service center or the Jeep brand. Disappointing and frankly infuriating. More

Oil change State Inspection First time i waited 4 hours for an oil change and a state inspection. I had to constantly go up to the front counter and ask the status of my vehicle and when it was ready he didnt even bother to look or say anything except its ready go to the next counter to pay. End to a long day. Started my day at 4:30 am. Had nothing but problems trying to get our local airports built. LGA & JFK. In the middle of the day I realized that my I Started my day at 4:30 am. Had no idea when I would be able to address issues but never the less had to be done. Now for the hero of our story. Call Bayside Jeep. Josh said how about tonight. We’re get it done ! Wow had no idea of late nite service but it’s the greatest thing ever !!! You guys rock period. Josh couldn’t have done more for me. My money will ALWAYS BE SPENT HERE. Thanks again. More
