Rip off from customer, bad attitude!sent car to be repaired because of the bad Catelic converter. Got diagnostic from different dealer , and two oxygen sensor was replaced 2 months before, brand new g repaired because of the bad Catelic converter. Got diagnostic from different dealer , and two oxygen sensor was replaced 2 months before, brand new genetic part from dealership. I don’t know if it’s common thing or it’s about upsale for brain, he told me that all oxygen sensor need to be replace or they will not fix the converter for me even though the part is cover by emission warranty. I did scan for engine light , it’s caused by converter bot oxygen sensor, brain implicitly state that u need to pay something in order to fix the part that cover by warranty. I will report chrysler for this matter! Rip off from customer More
