I learned my lesson in doing business with this place. Due to Mr Bob Kennedy. I was later contacted by Bob Kennedy. (SERVICE MANAGER). He was very rude on the phone to me. Even used foul language. I recorded our conversation for proof. If he states other wise I have the proof. I been going there for years, so much that I use to bring Duncan Donuts and, coffee. For the staff. When a former (MANAGER) was there. By the name of Richie. I have no reason to lie. While on the phone discussing my experience with Mr Kennedy. He stated my truck was old. Said this like three times to say as if my truck was no good condition. Like it was ancient. I take great pride and servicing and keeping my truck up to date. My truck is a 2014 Ram. I keep a log maintenance on my truck. Later Mr Kennedy offers he would pay half for the battery and, I would have to pay the other half. I then said to him. "Why would I pay half for the battery if I went in there I had a full energized battery life." I said "You been working this business a long time. Why would my truck leave the shop okay and ready for pickup then parked and called me the customer to pick up the vehicle then the vehicle won't start after?" That's when he said I don't know what else to tell you I'll just give you the rest of your money back you pay for MY battery. He clearly stated HIS battery. I answered back you mean the battery that I paid for when you drained mine. Clearly he knew my point was right but still fought with me on the phone for half an hour and argued with me and use foul language then gave me back the refund. A day later a lady from the office called and said to me would i take down my review. Bob Kennedy asked.. I said I will have to think about it because of the language and the way he talked to me on the phone. Later as I thought about it I said NO. What service manager will talk to a customer on the phone like this. When does a person been doing business with them for many years. Why would they have get treated so poorly and be talked to so bad. That's why I made the review and told the truth and from that experience. I'll never go back to Bayside Northern Boulevard Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge service station. Thank you Mr Bob Kennedy for ruining my experience and place to service my vehicle that I used to enjoy to go to.
