I had always driven a sedan but wanted to look at the CRV due to it’s excellent rating for safety, good acceleration and great looking style. Jeremy took us for test drives in the CRV-EX and also in the Accord so I could compare the drive experience in the two classes of vehicles. I really liked them both but decided to purchase the CRV model. I love my new CRV and will bring my car to Ken Garff for it’s regular service. The Ken Garff dealership had a friendly and welcoming environment and Jeremy and Brian Walker, manager, genuinely believe in the cars they sell. I trust them to take care of me as the customer and my Honda CRV. More

Best experience I've ever experienced at a car dealership! I and my daughter visited several dealerships and have decided we are never going anyplace except Ken Graff. And will ask for Jeremy! I actually left the dealership without purchasing a vehicle. And they let me! Lol! I called Jeremy the next day and said I was ready to make a deal but was pressed for time so wanted to wait until I came back from out of town. Jeremy said no need to wait. He delivered the paperwork.... And the car... To my door.... An hour later! Unheard of! Jeremy is now my hero! Thanks for a wonderful experience in buying a car! Who knew it could happen! More
