Took my car in to get paint fixed under warranty and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. I brought it in for them to evaluate and the person who originally took the photos told me I would get a was one of the worst experiences I've had. I brought it in for them to evaluate and the person who originally took the photos told me I would get a call back after they evaluated but did not look at the photos before I left and they were not good enough quality for them to decide whether it was covered. I hadn't hear from them in a few days so I called and they all acted confused and like they had no clue the photos had been taken. They finally found them but told me they couldn't tell if it would be covered and that I would have to bring it back in for someone else to look at it. They decided to cover one of the paint chips but not the other 3 that were exactly the same. They told me I had to take it to an outside service provider that they work with and I did. That was also a horrible experience. It took them about a week to fix and when I got it back the car was a mess. There were matte spots in the paint tape left all over and scuff marks on my overhead rail. I called ganley and they said they would only step in if the other place wasn't going to help. Luckily the paint place offered to fix it but I had to take it back two more times for them to fix what they messed up. We walked the car and they circled the problem areas I pointed out. But they missed 2 of the spots when they went back over the car. I am now left with a bad paint job and tons of time wasted. I am not happy that ganley would tell me to take my car somewhere that messed up my car so bad. I am also not happy that they only covered one of the paint chips even though they are all the same (in a door frame not where something would hit or be slammed in.) Horrible experience More

I brought my vehicle to Ganley for some warranty repairs. Hurried or poor workmanship led to several additional issues which took repeated visits to full resolve. In the end all repairs were corrected and the vehicle is in better condition than before. I'm glad to have everything resolved, but the multiple unexpected return trips to the dealership were inconvenient. Through all of this, Brianna was professional and maintained clear and frequent communication about the status of my repairs. While I'm displeased with the quality of service, Brianna and the folks in the service office went above and beyond to make it right. More
