So far I’ve had great service and good communication. I had one small problem with one of the services they did and it was corrected without question and an apology. Call and talk to Brianna in service to see if I could get a repair and oil change on my 2019 ford escape and was told first appointment for oil change was Thursday and said fine was then was transferred to t a repair and oil change on my 2019 ford escape and was told first appointment for oil change was Thursday and said fine was then was transferred to the parts department to see if part was available. I was about to make appointment for repair at 3pm on 12/5/22. Arrived about 2:30 for appointment was checked in by Mike Hartley then after about 15 minutes he noticed that I had an oil change scheduled for Thursday at 2pm and asked did I just want it to be done today? I said if at all possible that would be great. Mike said ok and everything was done in a hour and half. More
