Now, I hadn't called her beforehand to make an appointment. I just stopped by. Well, Brittany remembered me, my name, my wife's name, and the name of our two sons. After three years! She was kind, considerate, knowledgable, and answered all our inquiries while working with me on a new lease. Brittany also was quick to get back to me on the phone if I ever had any questions.
