The staff were hit and miss. The gentleman that looked our car to determine what we needed to have done was super nice. The job they did repainting our car looked amazing, but we notice that our windshield wipers were not functioning like they were supposed to and the rubber trim on the hatch of our mustang is falling off. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. After finally dropping off my car for repairs, I received nothing but generic text messages with constant delays and zero phone calls. Completion dates changed multiple times without explanation, and I’m now paying $50 a day out of pocket for a rental because of their lack of communication and care. It’s not just frustrating — it’s costing me real money. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Planet Ford Collision Center at all cost. More
