Being a previous BMW owner, I am very familiar with the vehicles, however the few questions I had he answered with ease. He also kept the process light with his fun and chill personality. I truly felt that if at the last minute I decided to walk away, there would be zero pressure. Luckily, because of that AMAZING customer service and awesome car, I moved forward with the purchase.
